Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original product, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 dayswithout providing any reason.
As stated above, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
