1) Order Processing Times

  • Processing window: 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, UAE public holidays excluded).

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 (Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4) begin processing the next business day.

  • If an item is pre-order/back-order, the estimated ship date will be shown at checkout or by email.


2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery timelines start after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

United Arab Emirates

  • Dubai (city limits): 1–2 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

GCC (e.g., KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

  • Express: 3–7 business days

International (outside GCC)

  • Express (DHL/Aramex/UPS or equivalent): 5–10 business days

Notes
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak periods.
• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• A signature may be required on delivery depending on carrier and destination.


3) Shipping Fees

  • Exact shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level.

  • From time to time, we may run free shipping promotions; eligibility will be displayed at checkout.


4) Cash on Delivery (COD) (UAE Only – If Available)

  • Availability: Select areas within the UAE only.

  • COD fee: May apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Please prepare the exact amount in AED at delivery. The courier may attempt delivery up to two times before the order is returned to us.


5) Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after pickup.


6) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • If you need to update your address, contact info@mayzala.com immediately. We can amend details beforedispatch only.

  • If the courier cannot reach you: they will typically attempt 1–2 re-deliveries. Unsuccessful deliveries may be returned to sender.


7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside UAE)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or import restrictions.

  • These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes that results in return or abandonment may forfeit shipping fees and may incur return costs.


8) Late, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, first check tracking. Then email info@mayzala.com with your order number.

  • Lost in transit: We will open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution/replacement is subject to carrier confirmation.

  • Damaged on arrival or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help quickly.


9) Split Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.


10) Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, non-payment of duties/taxes, or repeated failed delivery attempts can be:

  • Reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Refunded (minus original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier), subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


11) Pre-Order & Back-Order Items

  • Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page or at checkout.

  • If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship items separately or hold the order until all items are ready (you’ll be notified).


12) Holiday & Peak Season

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., Ramadan/Eid, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, end-of-year holidays), processing and transit times may be longer.
